• The starting point of the visit is Rynęk Glówny, also known as the market square, since in its center is the large fabric market (Sukiennice) from the 14th century, currently occupied by souvenir shops. It is the largest medieval square in Europe and a meeting place.
• Also noteworthy is the Basilica of St. Mary (Kościoł Mariacki) with two uneven towers, and the statue of Adam Mickiewicz.
• Following the best-known route in the historic center, the so-called “Royal Mile”, consisting of Florianska and Grodzka streets, we arrive at Wawel Hill and its imposing castle.
• This enormous and majestic complex is also home to the Cathedral of St. Wenceslas and St. Stanislaus. Most of the kings of Poland have lived there and during the Second World War it was the headquarters of Nazi Germany
