restrictions: - Participants must weigh between 40 lbs - 275 lbs. All participants will be weighed in, fully clothed, during the check-in process before each tour. Those unable to meet the requirement will not be permitted to participate and will not be offered a refund or rescheduled.
- Minimum age: 6 years old
- Minimum Height: Participants must be 4'6" to independently navigate the course. Those shorter than 4'6" (and at least 6 years old) are still encouraged to participate but will require an adult participant to lead them through the course or hire one of our guides to help perform safety tasks. Adult participants can assist a maximum of 2 guests under 4'6". Guides can be hired in the check-out process as an add-on option.
- We do not recommend participation with preexisting injuries, back, neck, or heart issues. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure whether this activity is suitable for you.

Cancellation Policy

- Bookings canceled with 24 or hours or more notice are refunded in full.
- Bookings canceled with less than 24 hours notice are fully charged. This applies to all bookings including those made within 24 hours of the activity.
- No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable.
- Those who back out of the activity or make last minute decisions to not participate are not eligible for a refund.
- Tours proceed rain or shine except when conditions are hazardous, in which case bookings will be rescheduled.
- We regret we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies or illness. For this reason we urge our guests to purchase trip protection when making reservations.
- If you purchase Trip protection you will be able to get a full refund minus the cost of the trip protection and taxes/fees.

Check In Times & Waivers

Check-in time is 15-30 minutes prior to your tour time. You must arrive 15-30 minutes before your scheduled tour time. If you are late for the check-in we cannot refund or rebook you.

Restrictions

Minimum weight: 40 pounds/18 kilograms

Maximum weight: 275 pounds/125 kilograms

Minimum age: 6 years old. Participants under 13 years old must be accompanied by a paid adult participant.

Minimum Height for Adventure Tower: Participants must be 4' 9" (57 inches) tall to independently navigate the course. Those shorter than 4' 9" (and at least 6 years old) are still encouraged to participate but will require a paid adult participant to lead them through the course. Adult participants can assist a maximum of 2 guests.

Cash or credit cards for gratuity - Gratuity is not included. It is customary in the USA to tip tour guides if you enjoy their service. Typically, gratuities are approximately 10%. For tours with multiple guides, gratuities are shared between guides.
