🥾 You'll get a chance to hear interesting legends and stories surrounding this important Italian river, as well as observe and learn about interesting plant and animal species, from fish, amphibians, and reptiles to bigger mammals (e.g. great cormorant and egrets), surrounded by epic views of ancient Rome.
This is a professional activity in accordance with European Union legislation and Italian law no. 4 dating to 2003.

▶ This experience is one-way and will begin at Piazzale Ostiense and finish at Piazza del Popolo (A-Line subway)
▶ Difficulty Level: Medium (Distance: ~10 kilometers, includes uneven terrain)
▶ Suited for families. Children (14+) must be accompanied by adults.
ℹ️ The final duration of the urban hike and the itinerary may vary, depending on weather conditions, unexpected obstacles (e.g. a fallen tree along the way), or other safety reasons. It is at the discretion of the professional hiking guide to determine alternatives or to shorten or extend the experience.

This guided tour starts at the Ostiense Square, right in front of the Pyramid of Cestius. The easiest way to get there is with the subway called Piramide, on the B-line. You will find the Pyramid on the opposite side of the square in front of the station.
