Departure times will be sent by email two days prior. This is a 2 hour Alcatraz Island tour with an additional one full business day bike rental. Bike pick up information will also be sent by email.
Guests go directly to Alcatraz Pier 33 with their group service vouchers. There is no hotel pick up provided for this event.
Here is what to expect now that you have booked with us:
- Your Alcatraz tickets and time slot will be sent two days prior to departure by auto email.
- Guests who book within two days of Alcatraz will be emailed by the end of the evening.
- Your Alcatraz time slot is assigned by our company as early as 9am or as late as 4pm.
