This is a private tour for your group only. Aberdeenshire has many treasures to offer and we will take you on a private tour to areas that are stunning and interesting. On this tour we step back in time and visit amazing castles and historic areas and give you a true taste of times gone by.
A suggested itinerary depending on your hotel location:

Access to the castle interiors are subject to seasonal opening times and have admission fees. Access to most castles grounds is free, except Balmoral. Please contact us for details. Please note when Balmoral Castle is closed we visit other castles instead.

The tour normally lasts 7 -8 hours including travelling time (depending on your hotel location).
For all bookings of day tours, a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, no refund is given.
For all bookings of multi-day and custom private tours, a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 72 hours' notice, no refund is given*
*Note that in the event the client requests a refund for any reason, Tour Desk reserves the right to charge a 3% administration fee to cover costs incurred.

All castles are free to see from outside but cost £10-£18 to enter except Balmoral Castle which charges to access grounds.
