Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Contact us by email (reservations@themyrtles.com) or phone (225) 635-6277 to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

If you are running early or late...

For our daily history tours, because we offer these tours throughout the day and they are not always sold out, we are happy to move your group to any tour with available spots.

For our evening mystery tours, unfortunately these tours are often sold out and we do not have the same flexibility as our day time tours. If you are late, we can not guarantee that you can join the on-going tour or move you to another tour time. We do not provide refunds if your party is late.
