We will start in the heart of the city, surrounded by the Basilica of the Virgin of the Forsaken and the Cathedral, which hides the Holy Chalice itself inside.
We will continue to be moved by the influence of the Turia River to the Water Court, the oldest institution of justice in Europe, whose rules and traditions have been transmitted from century to century until today, where it is still in full force and has been registered by UNESCO as an Intangible Heritage of Humanity.

That's why we'll revel in the hustle and bustle of the Central Market with all its stalls full of top quality fresh food. Rest enjoying a few laps in the sun on one of its terraces and continue with the Silk Exchange, a jewel of civil Gothic architecture.
