The day kicks off with the classic ‘Spiders Web’ exercise, where team members must rely on one another, laying a foundation of trust essential for any successful team. This is followed by three additional problem-solving activities that demand clear and effective communication, helping participants develop and refine their skills in conveying ideas and strategies under pressure.
