You are invited inside the dark corridors of the Brickworks at Bursledon. But as you explore deeper by torchlight you will find that the factory is not quite empty as you might think. Lurking in the shadows are figures from the past with a story to tell. But as you delve deeper into the rusting machinery you will realise that things are not as they seem. The ghosts all have a secret to hide; will you escape before their stories run out…?
There are legends that after dark workers return to act out their last moments, but even they fear something else that stalks them in the darkness. They all fear Foreman who roams the corridors unleashing his anger at anyone not at their post.
The tour last approximately 1 - 1.5 hours and involves interaction with actors and group participation - this tours offers a unique perspective to the Brickworks Museum after dark. Suitable for 12 years and up when accompanied by an adult.
Ensure you use the entrance with the large gates off Swanwick Lane.
Access to all levels - there is a lift to the first floor.
There is plenty of onsite parking.

AT THE BEGINNING OF THE EVENT
On the night make your way to the Coal Park Lane Gates of The Brickworks Museum and wait for your guide - who will then sign you in for your tour. The gates will be closed until 10 mins before the beginning of the tour - so please wait outside. There is plenty of parking inside the Brickworks Museum but please be respectful of local residents when leaving later in the night. (You will be parking in the lower car park near the chimney and kilns)
We run a strict "no tolerance" policy on alcohol, drugs and threatening behaviour. Because of the nature of these tours, the low level lighting and the very special locations we attend if we even suspect you have been drinking or display threatening behaviour towards the actors you will be removed from the walk immediately with no refund.
This email acts as your e-ticket; we have a list of names at the location and everyone is signed in at the beginning of the event.
