Enjoy a short walk on the Royal Mile and side streets where the guide will set the scene for what life used to be like in Edinburgh.
Visit our medieval torture exhibition to see instruments from the Nuremberg and Bamberg Castles in Germany. With grim devices dating back to the late 1500s and early 1600s. Similar to those used in Auld Reekie’s gory history.
Then your guide will take you through our paranormally active and haunted underground vaults dating back to the 1700s. The most extensive set of vaults in Edinburgh’s Old Town. Renowned as the world’s scariest place. Frightening!
The finest tour guides in Auld Reekie will help to guide you on this journey safely whilst telling you the tales of Edinburgh’s grim past.
Entry to our Torture Exhibition and the Vaults below Edinburgh's South Bridge.
