Attention

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time.


• All participants will need to sign a waiver. Waivers can be signed here

• Minimum weight: 40 pounds/18 kilograms (Participants between 40-60lbs will ride tandem with a guide on the zipline portion of the tour.)


• Maximum weight: 275 pounds/125 kilograms


• Minimum age: 6 years old. Participants under 12 years old must be accompanied by a paid adult participant.


• Minimum Height for Adventure Tower: Participants must be 4' 9" (57 inches) tall to independently navigate the course. Those shorter than 4' 9" (and at least 6 years old) are still encouraged to participate but will require a paid adult participant to lead them through the course. Adult participants can assist a maximum of 2 guests.


• Closed Toed Shoes are required (Crocs and water shoes are okay)

• Cash or credit card for gratuity - Gratuity is not included. It is customary in the USA to tip tour guides if you enjoy their service. Typically, gratuities are approximately 10%. For tours with multiple guides, gratuities are shared between guides.

• Our physical address is 91-1780 Midway Rd., Kapolei, HI 96707. When using GPS, enter "Coral Crater Adventure Park" as your destination as GPS does not accurately report our physical address.


• No participant on the tour is permitted to use any other gear (helmet, harness, trolley, etc.) beside that which is provided by Coral Crater.


• We do not recommend participation if pregnant or with preexisting injuries, back, neck, or heart issues. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure whether this activity is suitable for you. Pregnant women are not allowed to participate. Cancellation policies apply to those who are unable to participate due to preexisting conditions, pregnancy, age, and weight requirements.
