• Check-in time is 15-30 minutes prior to your tour time.


• All participants will need to sign a waiver. Waivers can be signed here

• Minimum weight: 40 pounds/28 kilograms


• Maximum weight: 275 pounds/125 kilograms


• Minimum age: 6 years old


• Children 40-60 lbs will tandem with guide


• Closed Toed Shoes are required (Crocs and water shoes are okay)

• Cash or Credit Cards for gratuity - Gratuity is not included. It is customary in the USA to tip tour guides if you enjoy their service. Typically, gratuities are approximately 10%.

• No participant on the tour is permitted to use any other gear (helmet, harness, trolley, etc.) beside that which is provided by Coral Crater.


• All participants on tour are required to hike short distances, ascend and descend stairs, need to be of average mobility and strength, and in reasonably good health.


• Ziplining while pregnant is not permitted. We do not recommend participation with preexisting injuries, back, neck, or heart issues. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure whether this activity is suitable for you. Cancellation policies remain in effect for cancellations due to preexisting health issues and pregnancy.


• Ziplining is an outdoor adventure activity and operates in all weather conditions.


• If you back out of the activity at the time of the tour or during the tour regrettably we cannot refund you.
