Important information

Children between the ages of 7-12 must fly with doors on.

Attention

Check-in time is 45 minutes prior to your tour time. Please arrive on time and plan accordingly. Please contact us if you have any questions. We look forward to flying with you and sharing an experience of a lifetime!

For your Doors off Helicopter Tour:

• Wear or bring a fitted jacket or sweater


• Wear Long pants or jeans (Optional)


• Wear closed toe shoes or sandals with a strap (no flip flops or slippers)


• Hair needs to be securely tied back. No Claw Hair Clips allowed.


• No large earrings or hats


• Sunglasses are at your pilot's discretion


• Cameras & Gopros will need a strap or lanyard


• We provide lanyards for your cell phones


• We will be weighing all passengers upon check-in


• We allow only 1 photo device per person. Camera, Phone, Gopro etc...

Weight & Age Restrictions


Passengers must be at least 7 years of age and weigh 40 pounds or more. Ages 7-11 doors will be on. Total weight per seat shall not exceed 275 lbs. For groups of 3 passengers, no more than one person can be 200+lbs, with a total passenger weight not to exceed 560lbs. Per FAA regulations, ALL passengers will be weighed at check-in.


(NOTE: Seat assignment may be subject to weight and balance restrictions of the aircraft.)

Weather Policy


All tours are subject to cancellation or reschedule due to weather, your tour may be adjusted or canceled up to 30 minutes prior to departure.


Routes and flight patterns are subject to change due to weather conditions.
