RENTALS
- Full payment for all equipment rentals is due at the time of booking.
- Cancellation within 48 hours: all payments are fully refundable or as credit for future services.
- Cancellation within between 48-24 hours: all payments are fully available as credit for future services.
- Cancellation within 24 hours: all payments are non-refundable.

LESSONS & TOURS
- Full payment for all lessons and tours is due at the time of booking.
- Cancellation within 72 hours: all payments are fully refundable or as credit for future services.
- Cancellation within between 72-48 hours: all payments are fully available as credit for future services.
- Cancellation within 48 hours: all payments are non-refundable.

WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS
If cancellation is required due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, within a non-refundable period, payments may be credited towards future services.
