• Comfortable clothes and sneakers: sneakers or hiking boots;


• Lightweight waterproof and windproof jacket;


• Individual water bottle;


• Small backpack: to carry your belongings and the lunch that is provided;


• Sunglasses, sunscreen and a hat;


• Medication: Any personal medication you may need during the tour (ex: asthma inhaler, sugar packs for diabetics, anti-inflammatory gel, etc.)

• Knee/ankle support: For anyone suffering from joint problems, it is recommended to use an elastic support for the best stability and to prevent further injury.

• This activity is not recommended for people with knee or ankle problems;


• It is recommended to be in good physical shape, as this tour sometimes includes walking on unstable terrain, muddy areas and slopes with gravel and slopes;


• Children are the responsibility of an adult.
