• Towel and dry clothes to change after the activity;


• Individual water bottle;


• Glasses/contact lenses: We recommend attaching the glasses to a cord to prevent them from breaking or getting lost, which should be placed inside the suit when diving. They can also choose to use contact lenses, but they should avoid opening their eyes underwater

• A normal level of physical fitness is recommended.
  
  
  This tour includes, at certain stages, walking on high and unstable terrain, slippery rocks, muddy slopes, and small, steeper ascents and descents

• You don't need to know how to swim just to feel comfortable in the water.

• This activity is not recommended for people with back problems.

• Children are the responsibility of an adult.
