Climb aboard our boat Orca to set out in search of whales. Our boat’s speed allows us to cover more distance, giving us a better chance of finding whales who can range over many miles along the Kona coast. Sometimes the whales are shy, so just be patient, and eventually, we’ll spot a spout or a flipper to help lead the way.
Follow the road straight from the highway until you reach an open yellow gate. You'll see a two-story red-roof building with gas pumps in front (see photo). Meet us by the picnic tables; you'll see our sign on the side of the building. If we aren't there yet, don't worry—we are bringing the boat over or are on our way back from a previous charter. There is free parking available in the parking lot. If you end up at the boat ramps, you are on the WRONG SIDE of the harbor
A parent or guardian must accompany anyone under the age of 18.
✅ Are you booked for the correct date? Double-check your reservation to avoid any mix-ups. If you booked the wrong date and do not contact us more than 48 hours before the trip no rebooking or refund will be offered.

Be on time! The forfeiting of your seat/s will occur if arriving 15 minutes past check-in. No refunds or rebookings will be offered.
Storage space is limited and the Orca is a wet boat. Seaspray while underway is normal. We recommend leaving most of your belongings on land and bringing a small dry bag for your absolute must-haves.
We recommend wearing a sun-protective shirt over your swimwear! Shade is limited and covering up is the best way to protect yourself from the rays!
This is a retired Navy Seal boat - come with your sense of adventure for the ride!
Both Non-Refundable and Refundable Tickets: If it is outside 48 hours before the start of the trip you can reschedule/rebook your tour by clicking Change booking via this email. It's located under the date of your activity.
If you're inside of the 48-hours changing your booking is not possible. We require this to be done 48 - hours in advance so it allows us to rebook your spots.
Refundable Tickets are eligible for a refund if cancelling outside of 48-hours. Kindly send your request by responding to this email.
Non-Refundable Tickets are not eligible for a refund, no exceptions.
If you purchased trip protection, your cancellation window has been extended up to 12 hours before the start of the tour. You’ll be fully refunded for the ticket (minus the trip protection and fees). Send your request by responding to this email.
Trip protection may not be added within 12 hours before the start of the tour.
No Shows and Late Arrivals will not be refunded.
Tipping is customary in this industry. Bring some cash or use Venmo to show your love to the crew if you had an amazing time.
