  We are unable to wait for latecomers, missed tours are non-refundable. If you are arriving at the departure point by taxi or local bus please allow extra time in case of delays.

  
  

• Tour concludes back at Regent Road, at approximately 6:30 PM on Day 3 of the tour.


• We recommend leaving at least 2 hours between any further travel or reservations in the evening, in the event of delays or traffic.

You will need a 2-night stay in Oban during the tour, and we are happy to provide recommendations for where to stay.

We have a luggage limit of 1x small bag and 1x medium suitcase weighing a maximum of 15kg (33 lbs) per passenger.

While we do not have specific measurements available, a medium suitcase is generally considered to be between 63 to 67 cm in height (25 to 26 inches). As long as your luggage isn’t significantly larger, it should be fine to use on tour!


We are also happy to allow larger and/or heavier bags when shared by two or more passengers.

If you'd like to join any of the optional activities, tickets can be purchased and paid for during the tour. We recommend paying in cash, to help us speed up the process.

• We recommend you bring warm and/or waterproof clothing, no matter what the forecast appears to be… Scotland’s weather is very unpredictable!


• Don’t forget your camera to capture all the lovely scenery and wildlife you’ll encounter on your tour, which you can later share with us online. #JoinTheHerd


• We must remind you that while picturesque and quaint, many of the suppliers in smaller towns across the Highlands do still prefer cash payments


• You are permitted to bring along both a carry-on bag one larger piece of luggage per person, such as a suitcase or backpack. This can weigh up to 15kgs per passenger and does not need to stick to any dimension restrictions as we understand those vary.


• Food is readily available at the many stops along the way, but you are more than welcome to bring snacks and cold packed lunch on board.
