If you’ve booked a castle add-on and it’s affected by a closure, you'll receive access to the alternative attraction at no extra cost. If you haven’t pre-booked a castle visit, tickets for the alternative attraction can be purchased on site.

- It is very important to return to the coach on time at itinerary stops. Your guide will display the time that the bus departson a clock that will be visible. Our coach cannot wait for you.
- Please be advised that children under 5 years old may not take part in the tour, while anyone under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
- There are no maximum age restrictions
- If you need organise to transport from your accommodation to our departure point please book it via the hotel concierge. We have had a lot of feedback from customers saying that Uber taxi’s are not showing up.
- Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them to board and disembark.
- Cancellation of Day Tours: A full refund will be given if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to the tour's departure.
