OVERVIEW OF THE SEMINAR
The special taste of game is really emphasized on the grill and that mushrooms go very well with game is no secret anymore. However, combined with fresh, delicious wild herbs, we are taking this taste experience to a whole new level! Under the guidance of our grill masters, you will conjure up wonderful grilled game dishes and learn how you can easily re-grill these dishes at home to delight your
guests!The game and forest seminar includes the following dishes:
-Wild boar bratwurst with BBQ cabbage, with lingonberry mustard -smoked duck breast, with grilled wild mushrooms with herbs and truffle dip -venison with spicy apple compote and pumpkin vegetables with parmesan crispy crust -venison ragout from the Dutch oven with bread dumplings -grilled wild berry crumble with walnut ice cream

-Smokewood and Pellets -Dutch oven -cake pan
Course schedule:
-Welcoming the participants -Preparation and initial know-how for the seminar -Preparation and preparation of the ingredients -Grilling the menus -Joint tasting of the dishes

.For all bookings of day tours, a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, no refund is given.
For all bookings of multi-day and custom private tours, a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 72 hours' notice, no refund is given*
