- It is very important to return to the coach on time at itinerary stops. Your guide will display the time that the bus departson a clock that will be visible. Our coach cannot wait for you.
- Please be advised that children under 5 years old may not take part in the tour, while anyone under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.

- If you need organise to transport from your accommodation to our departure point please book it via the hotel concierge. We have had a lot of feedback from customers saying that Uber taxi’s are not showing up.

- The drop-off location is Waterloo Place in central Edinburgh
- Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them to board and disembark.
- There are dates throughout the year where Doune Castle and Midhope Castle may be closed for filming and estate activity. Alternative stops will be included.
- Cancellation of Day Tours: A full refund will be given if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to the tour's departure time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the departure time will incur a 100% fee.
