Snowmobile Safari with Ice Fishing Experience

Spend the afternoon in the local way, combining two favorite leisure-time activities in Lapland: snowmobiling and ice fishing. Hop on a snowmobile and drive through the wilderness to reach the perfect fishing spot along the many frozen lakes or rivers. Once there, you’ll get to drill a hole in the ice and start fishing! If you're lucky enough to catch one, you can cook it over an open fire. This tour is not recommended for very small children, as we are spending a long time on the ice outside.

Duration of the program is 4 hours, including preparations. The riding time on snowmobiles is approximately 1 hour and 30 - 40 minutes. Two adults ride on one snowmobile, single riding supplement for an extra charge. Children are traveling in the sleigh pulled by the guide’s snowmobile.

Snowmobile tours start and end in Wild Nordic Safari Center (Joulupukintie 1) located next to Santa Claus Village. You can skip the return transfer and continue your visit to Santa.
