Typical Daily Activities

Each day will bring something a little bit different, just like life on a ranch. But each day will start with tending to the animals.

  • Preparing and feeding all of the animals their morning meal of hay, grain, seed and veggies!
  • Collecting all of the eggs the chickens laid the night before.
  • Checking to make sure everyone has fresh water and clean bedding.
  • Grooming and snuggles
  • Nature walk with the goats and pigs

What to Wear

Please wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. If you have rain or mud boots please wear or bring those. If not please wear tennis shoes.

What to Bring

Really just yourself, but if you have any veggies, fruits, breads or chips that you want to bring to feed to the goats, pigs, chickens and rabbits, please feel free!
