Important information:
1. The maximum weight allowed per passenger is 130kg (286,50 pounds), in case of exceeding it, you won't be allowed to join the flight. If you exceed the 110kg (242,50 pounds), you'll be asked to pay for two seats upon arrival at the heliport.
2. Please, be at the check in point 15' minutes before departure time.
Due to logistics matters, the tour must start punctually. Delays will not be tolerated; they will be considered a non-refundable no show.
3. There is a minimum of participants required for this activity to take place. In case of not reaching the minimum of participants, tour will be rescheduled.
4. There is a minimum of participants required to operate in French or German. should this minimum not be reached, tour will be operated in English.
5. Infant must be at least 2 years old to join this tour.
6. This product is subject to cancellation or rescheduling based on inclement weather.
7. The distribution of people in the helicopter will be decided based on the weights and seats of the helicopter to maximize safety.
