Get ready for even more cuteness and cuddles with Goat Yoga Chicago's Puppy Yoga experience! We've teamed up with local rescue organizations to bring you an unforgettable experience. Our certified yoga instructor will guide you through various poses while adorable puppies roam freely around you. New to yoga? No problem! There are no prerequisites (none, zero, zilch!). As soon as the puppies come out to play, your stress will melt away. That's a promise!

Join us in helping these shelter pups get socialized and find forever homes. A portion of every ticket purchased will be donated to support these amazing rescue organizations and the care of the puppies. This experience takes place INDOORS at our studio at The Arboretum of South Barrington. Wheelchair accessible.

Puppy Yoga experiences include:

• 30 minutes of yoga taught by a certified yoga instructor
• 30 minutes of play time

Guidelines:

• Must be 10+ to participate.
• Children ages 10-15 must participate alongside a parent/guardian; Each with a paid ticket.
• Under 18? Parent/guardian must sign your waiver.
• Please bring a yoga mat.

Note: Puppies ages may range from 9 weeks to 20 weeks. If you find there are no future Puppy Yoga dates on the calendar, please know the rescue organizations are working diligently arranging a transport for their next rescue mission. Once the puppies have been cleared by a veterinarian and are ready to be socialized, we will announce puppy yoga dates in our e-newsletter. Not subscribed?
