Meeting point

We launch from inside East Greynolds Park. Please park in the designated parking area and meet us near the kayak launch just to the right of the gazebo. You will see your tour guide and the clear kayaks set up!

PLEASE BE SURE TO SIGN YOUR WAIVER ONLINE BEFORE YOU ARRIVE.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour! We launch from the small kayak launch area near the gazebo. Please look for the clear kayaks + your tour guide as you arrive!

If you arrive later than your scheduled tour time you will be considered a NO SHOW and won’t be able to receive a refund OR reschedule your tour. We understand that Miami traffic may be difficult so please plan ahead to ensure you do not miss your tour. We do still paddle out in the event of rain, however if there are unsafe weather conditions, our team would make the decision to cancel the scheduled tour and issue a refund to the original form of payment or reschedule the tour.

• Also, a friendly reminder: our guides work on the generosity from tips. If you haven't tipped in advance we recommend tipping in cash! We like to say, "If you enjoyed your ride, tip your guide!"

Please remember that we require the you need to have purchased the trip protection if you need to cancel or reschedule the activity for any reason 12 hours before your paddle, and if you have any other questions, feel free to get in touch.
