Rider must be 12 & up and weigh at least 100 pounds minimum 275 maximum

A full refund will be issued in the event of a Segway Pittsburgh cancellation due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances
The decision to cancel the tour will be made approximately 1 hour before tour. Sometimes tour cancellations will be made sooner if weather is unsafe
No-shows will be charged
In the event that a guest is unable to safely operate a Segway Personal Transporter after attempting our training session, that guest will receive a partial refund or can request a gift card
