Tickets can only be used once for 20 minutes and you cannot re-enter.
For tickets purchased online, please note that you can arrive anytime in your booked time slot. However, we recommend that you arrive no later than 30 minutes before the end to avoid disappointment.
Monday - Friday:
- Morning Time Slot 10am – 11:30am
- Early Afternoon Time Slot 12pm – 1:30pm
- Mid Afternoon Time Slot 2pm - 3:30pm
- Late Afternoon Time Slot 4pm – 6:00pm
Saturday- Sunday:
- Morning Time Slot 10am – 11:30am
- Early Afternoon Time Slot 12pm – 1:30pm
- Mid Afternoon Time Slot 2pm - 3:30pm
- Late Afternoon Time Slot 4pm – 5:30pm
- Evening Time Slot 6:30pm – 8pm

Please mind you head in the house as all the furniture is on the ceiling.
Be mindful of the uneven flooring and narrow staircase to avoid trips or slips. We are not responsible for any personal injury once you have entered the House.
Children under the age of 12 must always be supervised by an adult or guardian over the age of 18.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Standard tickets (without Ticket Protection) cannot be refunded for adverse weather, queues or any other reason, including those that are outside of our control.
- If Ticket Protection has been purchased, your tickets can be rescheduled or refunded upon request. Please contact our Customer Services Team at info@upsidedownhouse.co.uk
- Ticket Protection is not available for our Fast Track option, and only available online.
- You can arrive anytime during your time slot. Last entry to the House is 30 minutes prior to closing. - Opening hours can be found on our website. If you miss your scheduled time slot, it is under the discretion of the House staff to be allowed entry in the following time slot.
- The maximum capacity inside the House is 20 people, with 10 people on the Upper floor and 10 people on the Ground floor. The overall experience usually lasts about 15-20 minutes.
- Queues may be exceptional longer on weekends, school holidays and at peak times.
- Fast Track tickets are available in some locations. These offer a priority entry to avoid long waiting times as well as an exclusive Upside Down House souvenir (subject to availability).
- We are not responsible for tickets sold by third parties as these have their own stipulated conditions.
- We do not permit any professional equipment being used for filming unless our Corporate Head Office has provided prior written consent. For any such requests, we offer Private Hire options. Enquiries can be sent to info@upsidedownhouse.co.uk
