From Venezia Santa Lucia train station, turn right along the shore to the bus terminal in Piazzale Roma, and BEFORE crossing the Calatrava Bridge (the glass one), turn right. Around the corner you'll find small piers and the KFC restaurant, your guide will be waiting there in front of these piers

Hop aboard a comfortable water taxi in the morning and glide across the Venice Lagoon.
