I-35 to Austin, exit 1st Street/Cesar Chavez (Exit 234A on southbound I35; Exit 234B on northbound I35).
Go West on 1st Street/Cesar Chavez to Trinity St.
Turn left on Trinity, and drive one block to dead end cul-de-sac at Lady Bird Lake.
The ARC is a short walk down the path to the lake.
There is NO PARKING at the boathouse. Please park on any of the nearby downtown streets or garages.
The Austin Rowing Club is located at the Waller Creek Boathouse.
Parking:
There is no public parking lot at our location. We recommend parking at the Convention Center Parking Garage, 201 East 2nd St. – with entrances on Brazos St and San Jacinto. (No cash accepted) or Metered parking along downtown streets, and using the Hike and Bike Trail to get to the Waller Creek Boathouse (74 Trinity St.).
There is NO public parking at the Boathouse. Nearby parking is available on-street (parking meters) or in parking garages.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour time, for outfitting and safety instruction. Commuting and parking may take longer than expected in downtown Austin. If you are delayed past launch time, we may not be able to boat you.
