Before the tour, we carefully plan our route using local weather forecasts, cloud coverage, and space weather data to maximize our chances of seeing the auroras. We’ll drive up to 100 km within the region to reach the most promising viewing location.
Once there, you’ll relax in the quiet wilderness—truly in the middle of nowhere—by a warm fire, enjoying snacks and listening to stories about the magical polar lights. You’ll also learn the basics of photographing the Northern Lights, and if the auroras appear, we’ll capture photos of the moment for you.
Please note: While we do our very best to find the lights, the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and sightings can never be guaranteed.
Pick-up is included. The exact time and location will be confirmed after booking. We’ll drive to the selected viewing spot based on the evening’s best conditions.

When you do not need a pick up, meet us Kairankutsu Office Pyhätunturi, Kultakeronkatu 4, 98530 Pyhätunturi. Our office right next to the grocery shop K-Market Pyhäntähti.
Arrive to the meeting point by the scheduled time of the experience.
