Enjoy a romantic dinner at Panorama Restaurant located at the world-famous Salzburg Fortress, followed by a Best of Mozart Concert with unforgettable panoramic views of the city and its surroundings.

Up in the fortress, high above the city of Mozart, a place, where the archbishop welcomed his special guests, you will experience a top class classical concert.
Listen to some of Mozart´s most popular works, like “A little Nightmusic”, as well as other great masters of music, performed by internationally renowned musicians.

During Advent and Christmas time you also listen to traditional Salzburg Advent and Christmas music.

After the concert, the illuminated city lays at your feet.

* Filled turkey roulade supreme with truffle mashed potatoes & fruity sauce

VIP Dinner menu:

* White wine soup with roasted Marcona almonds

* Braised veal „Tafelspitz“ from local grass fed veal with port wine sauce on potato gratin & grilled asparagus

OR 

Salzburger trout fillet „Müllerin Art“ with parsley potatoes

* "Salzburger Nockerl" -  Fluffy egg soufflé with vanilla cream & berries

In case of fine weather and suitable weather conditions, the VIP dinner is served on the panorama terrace

Individual tables at dinner in the Panorama fortress restaurant! Your table will be allocated according to the number of people booked, except 23.-25.12.

Taking place in the most magnificent room in the city - the Golden Hall - in the 900 year-old Fortress Hohensalzburg - the "Mozart - Strauss Orchestra Concerts" are unique to Salzburg. The Mozart Chamber Orchestra of Salzburg is a highly professional and internationally sought-after chamber orchestra and plays in a line-up, which regularly shifts in size. Deeply steeped in tradition, it predominantly performs the musical treasures of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Johann Strauss.
