4.5 Hours
There is no better way to enjoy the afternoon in The Netherlands than visiting the Zaanse Schans windmills, the country's economic engine between the 16th and 18th centuries, since the Dutch used the force of the wind to grind the spices they brought from the colonies, to make oils, mustards, etc.
We will enter a mill dedicated to spices to learn how it works and to a clog workshop, where they will show us the manufacturing method of traditional Dutch footwear.
We will also visit a cheese factory where we can try a wide variety of Dutch cheeses and where they will explain to us the process of making these delicacies.
Of course, before returning to Amsterdam, we will enjoy free time to walk around and take the best photos.
